Ken's Lobster Tails

Ken's Lobster Tails

If you can get fresh that's great. If you get frozen place them in the fridge so they totally thaw out.

Then...

Cut them open and marinate them for several hours in a splash of olive oil, fresh lemon juice, finely chopped ginger and garlic, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir often.

When ready to cook add butter and broil them for a few minutes. Then serve with broccoli rabe and garlic noodles.

Incredibly simple. Incredibly tasty. Don't overthink this. Let the lobster do the talking. But the marination is critical.

Tech Notes:
Excellent for a party. Because it takes only a few minutes to broil a complete tray of tails.
Marination overnight is a great idea. It means you can do all the prep the day before. So there's almost nothing to do when you serve.
A marination trick. Put them in a ziplock bag(s). Then instead of stirring just shake the bag. No mess no fuss.
