Ken's unusual appetizer
Get some great sourdough bread.. preferably from a local baker.
Dab it with high quality olive oil. Shake on some garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add 2 or 3 sardines. Get the best you can. Wild caught if possible. Amazon has a big selection.
Broil and serve.
