Ken's crazy pasta appetizer

Buy a rotisserie chicken. Chop some white meat and some dark meat.

Crush several cloves of garlic and saute in olive oil. Add the chicken. Add salt and pepper.

Add white wine and chicken stock and a handful or two of your favorite pasta.

Crush and add some cardamon pods.

Throw in some cranberries.

Boil until the pasta is almost done.

Let sit for an hour, stirring occasionally.

Reheat and Serve.
