Room Temperature Qubits - The Future of Quantum Computing?

This is my favorite technology for the future of QC. And sure enough, there has been major progress recently.

While major QC players (like IBM, Google, Microsoft) require massive dilution refrigerators operating near absolute zero (0.015K), the push toward ambient room-temperature qubits has seen groundbreaking advances.

Rather than relying on cryogenic cooling to freeze out environmental noise, researchers are using solid-state crystal defects, optical photonics, and specialized laser-electron coupling to preserve quantum coherence at room temperature.
