Physics - The day I became a Physicist

Physics - The day I became a Physicist

It was 1954. I was 5 years old.

I was in the front garden with my Dad. A neighbor came by and said to my Dad, "So Bill is this your young son?" My Dad, very proud, replied, "Yes, this is Ken".

Then the neighbor asked me, "So Ken, which would you like most, your Dad or a bar of chocolate?"

I thought carefully and then replied, "How big is the bar of chocolate?"

Tech Notes:
I did become a physicist and I got my PhD from the legendary Cavendish Lab at Cambridge University in the UK.
