Ken's (super fluffy) scrambled eggs
Forget the frying pan method.
Put a pan of water up to boil. Add a pinch of salt, some fresh ground pepper and a small piece butter.
Beat your eggs in a bowl, but do not over beat.
When the water is boiling stir it strongly to create a powerful swirl.
Pour the eggs into the center of the swirl. Let cook for just 1 or 2 minutes, then pour out through a sieve.
The eggs will be super fluffy and super tasty.
