How to make a frying pan non-stick

I hate non-stick frying pans.

Who knows what's in the non-stick coating. So I always use a stainless steel pan.

But how to make it non-stick?

Easy. Put in a splash of olive oil and fry until it gets really hot. Swish it around and then pour it out.

Bingo. You now have a non-stick pan. But you need to use it immediately before it starts to cool down. And you need to do this each time you use the pan.
