Ken's Dumplings

This is one of the few things I don't make from scratch.

Our supermarket sells giant bags of them: vegetable, shrimp, beef and pork. Even spicy varieties, which I love.

You can boil them, steam them or pan fry them. Sometines I pan fry them with garlic. A few dumplings are a complete meal.

Tech Notes:
Food historians and culinary experts generally agree that there are hundreds of different types of dumplings.
They make a great appetizer if you're having friends over for dinner.
