Ken's Garlic Noodles
Fast, tasty and intense garlic.
Let's do it like top restaurants do it.
Boil some egg noodles. Make sure they are slightly undercooked.
Melt some butter in a pan and stir in some garlic paste. Saute briefly. Be careful not to burn.
Now add a splash of oyster sauce, a splash of soy sauce and some water from the noodle pot. Mix well.
Add the noodles. Cook for a minute, toss well and serve.
Tech Notes:
I recommend Shan garlic paste. Amazon has it.
The water from the noodle pot is critical. Chefs love this because it's starchy.
If you don't like egg noodles try pasta.
Some people like to add a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese just before serving.
