How to Avoid Non Stick Pans
I have no idea what they coat these things with. But I sure don't want it in my food.
So I do what restaurants do. I buy pure stainless steel pans.
Then all I have to do is make them non stick. That's easy.
Put the pan on high heat. Add a spash of olive oil and a bit of butter. Swish around. Boil until almost brown and burning. Then pour out onto a paper plate (for later disposal).
Your pan is now non stick.
But use it immediately. Do not let it cool.
