Reduce inflammation and have fun doing it
Finally I can justify my chocolate craving.
Turns out that dark chocolate can reduce inflammation in the body. It's quite powerful. But it has to be dark. I'm eating Lindt 70% Cocoa.
It gets more interesting. Lindt makes higher cocoa content chocolate, but don't buy these. Many of them use a special alkali process (the Dutch process) and this seriously reduces the anti-inflammatory properties. So stick with the 70% and enjoy.
