Human Reproduction - The world has a problem
It takes a Total Fertility Rate (TFR) of about 2.1 just to maintain a population.
The TFR is the average number of children a woman has in her lifetime.
America, Europe, China, India, Japan, South Korea and other countries fall short. So without immigration, their population is doomed to decline.
But Africa rocks with a TFR over 4.0
